You’ll receive clear, detailed contracts outlining your selected photography services. Once you sign and submit your deposit, your wedding date is officially reserved on our calendar.

We’ll connect via video call to discuss the perfect location, clothing choices, timing, and overall vibe for your engagement shoot. Together, we’ll create a plan that makes your session personal and fun.

We’ll meet twice before your wedding to finalize timelines, shot lists, and important details. These sessions ensure your photography runs smoothly and stress-free.

It’s finally your wedding day, and we’re ready to document every meaningful moment from preparations to your last dance. Relax, celebrate, and trust us to beautifully capture all your memories as they happen.

After your wedding, we’ll share your full gallery of images during a dedicated viewing session. Together, we’ll discuss your custom album and select stunning prints to beautifully showcase your story.

We do our to bring transparency to the process. That’s why we’ve created straight forward packages with the pricing up front. In niche situations there may be additional fees for things like admission costs or permits (parks and beaches often require photography permits).
We’re here for you every step of the way. We will book multiple meetups to discuss and help you with your schedule, shot list, strategies to capture those perfect images.
We provide a personalized printout to all of your guests (left at their place setting) which provides them with the information they need to access the final gallery photos. This frees you up from fielding constant inquiries from people asking to see the photos.
All of our galleries are presented online with your high resolution images in an easy to download format. Easily choose your favorites for retouching prior to printing.
All photos come with a personal use license. You may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.
Publication or Sale of photos is prohibited without the photographers written agreement.

Want to give family and friends a chance to join in your experience even when they can't be there in person. We can live stream your event to a much larger audience. (subject to internet connection availability)
Often times, great moments are happening in multiple places at once. Due to the unfortunate laws of physics, we are limited to being in one location at a time. A second shooter can really help catch those extra candid moments and alternate angles that fill out the story of your day. (subject to availability)
Need more coverage time? We can add that on either before hand or on the day. Sale prices available. (Subject to availability and mutual consent.)
Want to give your guests a chance to take their own selfies or create fun composite images? Rent our unmanned photo booth station and give them one more way to become immersed in the experience of the day.

When deciding your ideal coverage time, we’ll discuss details like your guest count, ceremony length, venue transitions, and celebrations, leaving ample room for preparation, unexpected delays, and spontaneous moments.

Coverage time is ‘contiguous’ (no stopping and starting the clock). Ex. If 8 hrs of coverage begins at noon, coverage time will end at 8pm regardless of any breaks in schedule or relocation time.
40% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 60% remainder due two weeks prior to your wedding date. Payment schedules are available upon request.
Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the client.
Client cancellation requests after the retainer has been made will forfeit the retainer fee.
Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline, but may not sell or publish work.
Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.

While we can do short turn around bookings, it is recommended that you book a minimum of 60 days in advance. Any less than that risks diminishing your experience.
We provide photography services for the Greater Los Angeles area, primarily the North end of LA county. Our service area is 100 driving miles (reasonably routed) from 93535 area code.
For destination pricing, we are willing to travel to most places, provided proper notice and accommodations are made.
In most cases you will start to see sneak peak photos within a few days. Your full gallery is typically ready within 4-6 weeks.
We have several print shops that we are partnered with to bring you the highest possible quality prints. We can do a wide range of frames, canvas’s, metals, acrylics, and albums.
Our printing packages are separate from our service packages.
