Package Details

6 hrs of continuous shooting
This means 6hrs from the time of arrival without gaps.
For example, for a 4hr booking, if the ceremony is at 4pm and lasts 2hrs (ending at 6) and the reception is at 6pm and lasts 2hrs, perfect! If instead, the reception starts at 8pm, that leaves a 2hr gap between the ceremony and reception, requiring a 6hr booking.
Don’t forget that there’s more to a wedding than just the ceremony and reception. Schedule time time for “getting ready” photos, “first looks”, group portraits, couples portraits (scattered through the day), etc…
Realize you need more time ‘day of’? No problem, simply ask us if we can extend the shoot. If our schedule allows for it, we will be happy to do so. ‘Day of’ extra time is added at a rate of $250/hr (booking your extra time before the wedding will save you $50/hr).
400+ proof Edits
We take a lot of photos, and I mean A LOT. The longer the shoot, the more we take.
When we get back home we start thinning them out, deleting duplicates and anything that’s not worth keeping. We go through the remaining photos and apply some basic edits for exposure and color. The remaining “Proof” photos are made available to you to pick your favorites. If your package includes it, your favorites are then taken in for advanced edits where we apply stylization to the image. (Advanced edits may be purchased as an addon on a per-photo basis.)
15 advanced Edits
These are the photos you want to print.
Our advanced edits include a stylized final look and lite blemish removal/cleanup. We soften the skin, detail adjust colors, apply masking, and all the things that make your photo a work of art.
Guest Info Printout
A small printout is set at each guests dinner setting. This gives them information on how to access the wedding photos once you decide to open up access.
This greatly reduces the number of calls and messages that you receive from people wanting you find and deliver photos of themselves.
Flash drive photo delivery
You will have the ability to download all of your photos from your online gallery for 90 days after completion. However, we will also save all of your final images to a flash drive so you always have a copy.
Private Online gallery
You will be provided with a private login to access all of your photo proofs online.
Through this portal, you’ll be able to mark your favorites, request edits, download digital copies (approximately 1920×1080), and order prints. Don’t worry, your guests won’t have access to these photos until you decide they’re ready.
*Note that it is a violation of copyright law and a breach of contract to print an image (of any size) for which you haven’t purchased a print release.*
Pre-event planning meetup
1-hr video call to go over the details of the event. In this meeting we’ll discuss the event format, the package details, and go over what types of photos you would like to have.
Come prepared with an event schedule, questions, and a list of your “must have” portrait combinations.
Ex. (I use ‘bride’ and ‘groom’ terms, but this is not gender specific)

Based on the Lancaster, CA city center, we’ll travel this distance to your event free of charge. Need us to go a little further? No problem, addons available.

Free 1.5 hr engagement session
This is a separate photo shoot for the couple on a date prior to the wedding.
Engagement sessions are an excellent opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera. We get to know each other, allowing us to all feel more natural on your big day.
This results in better wedding day photos that are more in tune with your personal style.
Engagement sessions will include 5 digital download images. Additional photos and prints will be purchasable as available.
