This 30 to 45-minute session is the most budget-friendly option and includes one outfit and one location—perfect for couples who want a quick but beautiful set of images. Sometimes, all you need is professional coverage to capture the essence of your event. Our on-site photography for private and business gatherings provides candid, engaging images that showcase every meaningful moment. 2 hour minimum.
Sometimes, all you need is an hour to capture stunning portraits in your favorite setting. This 60-minute on-site session includes up to two outfits, delivering relaxed, beautiful images without the studio fuss. Perfect for those Senior Portraits.
Photography professionals may sometimes be limited by rules imposed by registrars, ministers and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. In some situations there may be limitations on flash photography, and in others, photographers may be prohibited from working in restricted areas. In such circumstances the Client(s) accept that these encumbrances will
restrict the quality of work produced.
It is advised that the Client(s) make themselves aware of the rules of venues and officiants, and if
necessary, negotiate for fewer and/or more favorable restrictions.
40% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 60% remainder due two weeks prior to your wedding date. Payment schedules are available upon request.
Coverage time is ‘contiguous’ (no stopping and starting the clock). Ex. If 8 hrs of coverage begins at noon, coverage time will end at 8pm regardless of any breaks in schedule or relocation time.
Some locations require permitting for professional photography. Some examples include LA county beaches, state parks, some city courthouses. Likewise, some locations may require admission and parking costs.
Client will assume expenses related to all shooting fees. When possible, these fees will be included in your initial invoice.
Client cancellation requests after the retainer has been made will result in a forfeiture of the retainer fee.
Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the client.
Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline, but may not sell or publish work.
Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. The hourly package rate will apply.
Other guests may want to make their own photographs of the Client(s). The Client(s) should employ no other photographer and give to give the Photographer precedence over other guests in order to fulfill the requirements of this agreement. The Photographer will not be held liable for missed photographs that are a result of interruptions and obstructions that interfere with photographing the day.
